Comprehensive reform of a building with eleven flats and two premises in 124, Muntaner street in Barcelona. The works started on 15 December 2014 and will finish on 15 Ja nuary 2015.

We are so proud of this work as it was a building in ruin with so limited possibilities that has become one of the most valued ones after FARECLIMA's renovation. It is a building in Eixample Esquerre which, thanks to an innovating design, has achieved natural light in every corner. We've combined last generation materials with some vintage ones that have been restored according to the characteristics of the building.

This promotion was completely sold in November 2015.
